Alice Attie designed the cover as a micrographic script of Molly Bloom's Soliloquy from James Joyce's "Ulysses." She exhibited a drawing of micrographic script that consisted of a letter from Joyce to his wife Nora. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

The invitation to the opening is printed on the outside of the black plastic bag. The glued red label states "Discretion Advised! Sexually Explicit Material Enclosed." The enclosed card is a reproduction of the collage entitled "Emilie Comes to Me in a Dream" (1933). Diotallevi translated and wrote the following on the verso of the title page: "All drawings of this book were drawn by the author with soft pencil on 1972 in Rome. The complete cycle is of 22 works."
